Service Description
Lice Screening : A thorough, professional screening to confirm the absence/presence of lice. Lice Free Certificates available upon request for school, camp or work. *Discounted screening rate will be applied for household members when one or more treatments are administered at same appointment. (Discounted rate is $10 per head check) *Add appropriate quantity of screenings to afford time for each person needing a head check.
Cancellation Policy
If you have a conflict, please reschedule at least 1 hour before your appointment. Please call 877-542-5423 if you have difficulty rescheduling online. A credit card is required to book an appointment. There is no deposit or upfront fee to book. Payment for services will be processed at the time of the appointment. A $25 charge will be applied to the card on file for no-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice.
